This is a very personal song I had written for my Grandmother's funeral in 2012. It talks about how heaven is only a step away, and that the people who leave us are never really gone. They are with us forever.

I'm only gone for a minute then you'll see my arms. You'll be in them.
Those tears will dry in a second, and you'll see that I never left you there.
We never do let go of each other when we have lost more than a friend.
Oh I can't wait until that day. When together we will pray.
Until then I will say. That heaven is just one minute away.

If I go when I'm asleep. I pray the Lord my soul to keep.
Yes, I lived without regret. Just know that heaven is mine to get.
